Former Beatle drummer Ringo Starr, 60, is resurrecting his “All Starr” band for a summer tour that will kick off in Toronto on July 26, his New York publicist announced on Tuesday. Among the “All Starrs” will be drummer Sheila E., Howard Jones and Greg Lake from Emerson, Lake & Palmer. In other music news, Bruce Springsteen, 51, is recording again with the E Street Band, reports the Newark (N.J.) Star-Ledger. Group guitarist Steven Van Zandt said that Springsteen and the band recently got together to record a studio version of “American Skin” and that they “fooled around” with some other songs, too.
